Helping Hands is a new resource for those who need assistance in these tough economic conditions.
We are staffed 100% by volunteers who will talk with clients, take their information, and if the clients qualify for assistance they will receive food, clothing and occasionally household goods. Helping Hands also has a resource library of brochures from non-profit, human service agencies that are available for the public to use to contact for additional services.
Helping Hands is an initiative of the Fairview Community Action Partnership,Inc. (FCAP) , a community based coalition that brings together Fairview and Williamson County resources together to strengthen families and to give children and youth the tools they need too succeed.
Helping Hands would not have been formed without the joint efforts and funding from area churches, Second Harvest Food Bank, United Way of Williamson County, Rotary Clubs of Williamson County, Middle Tennessee Electric Company, volunteers and anonymous donations of money, goods and services.THANK YOU SO MUCH
